How GetHomeFix Remodeling collects, uses, and protects the information you send us. Last updated October 12, 2026.
Who we are
GetHomeFix Remodeling is an exterior contractor serving King County, Washington. Legal correspondence may also use Caravan Construction Co, 19125 North Creek Pkwy, Ste 120, Bothell, WA 98011. Questions: +1 425-699-6964 or info@gethomefixremodeling.com.
Information we collect
When you request an estimate we collect first name, last name, phone number, email, and — on some forms — ZIP code, the trade you are interested in, and project notes. If you check a box, we also record your consent to receive service texts or marketing texts.
How we use it
We use this information to return your estimate request, confirm we cover the address, schedule a visit, and run the project. We send texts only when you have opted in: service texts for appointments and job updates, and marketing texts only if you checked that box separately.
Mobile information and text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we handle your information
We do not sell your information. Estimate-request details stay with GetHomeFix Remodeling so we can respond to you.
We may use hosting, email, and text-message aggregators to operate this website and to deliver messages you opted into. They process information on our instructions.
If the company is sold or merged, records may move with the business so work in progress can continue. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not passed along for another company’s marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Your choices
You can text STOP to +1 425-699-6964 to cancel texts. Text HELP to the same number, or call or email us, if you need help. Unchecking a box on a later form, or emailing info@gethomefixremodeling.com, also updates your preferences. Canceling texts does not cancel an estimate request you already sent.
