GetHomeFix Remodeling plans and builds exterior projects for homes and low-rise buildings across Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Redmond, Issaquah and Newcastle. Locally owned, serving the Eastside since 2019.
What we actually do
Exteriors, and only exteriors: decks, fences, siding, roofing, windows, doors and paint, plus stucco repair when the wall needs it. We’re not a kitchen remodeler who also owns a nail gun. This is all we do, so we know how Eastside rain, moisture and city rules affect every job, and we plan for them before the work starts.
Who you’ll be working with
You get one project manager, and that’s the person you talk to from the first visit to the final walkthrough. Our own team does the work and stands behind the result. Got a question on day three? You call one person, and you get an answer.
Your estimate is fixed and in writing. Once the scope and materials are agreed, the price doesn’t wander. If we open a wall and find something nobody knew about, we stop and talk it through with you before we go any further.
Licensed, insured, and happy to show you
We’re a licensed and insured Washington contractor, and we’ll send you our license and proof of insurance before you sign anything. Need paperwork for your HOA or your city? We’ve got it ready.

We’ve been working on the Eastside since 2019, and most of our projects start with a neighbor saying, “You should call these guys.” Folks in Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island and Sammamish pass our name along, and we take that seriously.

Before you call
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. We visit, measure and talk through the goal, then send a written itemized estimate. No obligation. We respond to estimate requests within one business day.
How does pricing work?
Fixed price. Once the scope and materials are agreed, the number in the estimate is the number, not a cost-plus tab that moves every week.
Do you handle permits?
Permitting is typically handled by the homeowner. We walk you through what your city asks for so the inspection is not a surprise.
Do you have your own crews for every trade?
Our own team does the work. You get one project manager from the first visit to the final walkthrough, so a question on day three goes to one person and comes back with an answer.
What warranty do you offer?
Workmanship terms are agreed for each project, and manufacturer warranties pass through on their own paperwork. We go over both before work starts. We do not publish a blanket lifetime promise.
